The screw carrying system.

Rail suspension.
The rail is supported by a flat spring suspension.
The flat spring eliminates the lateral shake
of the rail and facilitates the lengthwise vibration
to carry the screws smoother and faster. |

Amplitude adjusting system.
The amplitude of the rail is adjustable
to the type of screw. |
|
Inclination adjusting stud.
If the screw flow is not smooth, the inclination of the rail can be adjusted higher to let the screws flow smoother and faster. |
NSR Quicher can handle the various kinds of screws.

It can handle almost all kinds of screws with nominal length up to 20mm. |

With the replaceable screw rail.
Eight different types of the rails can handle the screw sizes from M1.0 to M3.0 respectively.

No conventional screw feeder could handle such small size screw as M1.0 or M1.2.

With a screw hopper installed, NSR Quicher can continue the unmanned operation for a many hours.
