S-10 FL – Fluxing station

Is a module for S-10 for fluxing the assembly with a spray fluxer. Adjustable stops ensure a repeatable process - the outcomes are similar even with changing users.

S-10 PH – Pre-heating

Is a module for S-10 for heating up the PCB before selective soldering, especially by using leadfree solder is a determining advantage. The problem of copper debonding will be minimized, viz. The contact time with solder shortened a lot.

For transferring the assembly from one module to another. All movements take place manually and can be fixed by stops.

Operating sequence

 

- mount the assembly to the handling system
- move to the fluxing position with rail system and start the fluxer
- move assembly to pre-heating and start heater
- move assembly to solder nozzle
- lower assembly to nozzle and start soldering
- move back to starting position
