Mechanical Structure  

The deep accuracy of the machine frame is ensured by the use, during the assembling operation, of a granite base with 6 micron of maximum tolerance, such as the base used for the construction of the pick & place machines.

The choice of motors used to move all axis ensures a very high level of placement accuracy, therefore also a perfect printing precision.

Brushless encoder servo-controlled motors are used to move all axis.

 

Pressure control with load cell

PS1000 has two load cells to control the squeegees pressure and to ensure the best possible printing result. Each loading sensor is assembled on the moving structure of the squeegees and it measures the pressure in kilograms during the printing operation. Machine software enables even a different load setting to each printing direction.

2D Control identifies different defects such as:

Incorrect position of the soldering past after the printing.
Bad covering of the pad.
Bridges between the inspected pads.
Presence of solder past outside the correct pad.
