FeaturesHeating System
Air flow furnace with high heating efficiency is realized by adopting multi heating zones so that it can be applicable for the various types of component placement on board and at the same time by applying the nozzle structure for which the air flow resistance is improved. Multi heating zones and new air flow method allow the temperature profile with stable wind speed.
Even the placement of components on the boards such as multi-layered board or the board where components of high thermal capacity are mixed, which was difficult to perform placement with existing reflow can be realized with extremely little temperature difference between board and placed component.
For small boards for portable equipment, the production cost, roductivity, energy consumption can be reduced and improved to a great extent by reducing the tack time.
