CircuitCam Express (A8903) is a light version of the well know Circuitcam software from Aegis, it allows only Europlacer format export. CC Express can be tested during 90 days for evaluation.
What does CircuitCAM do for Electronics Manufacturing?
CircuitCAM expedites and enhances a great number of tasks a manufacturing or process engineer
in electronics assembly performs each day. CircuitCAM becomes the engineer’s ultimate process
tool. The results from implementing CircuitCAM are improved productivity, reduced lead times,
increased product quality, and ultimately in-creased profitability. CircuitCAM Express’s primary functions are as follows:
• CAD data import and processing into useful assembly data.
• Rapid and off-line machine program generation.
• Panelization.

Create placement programs from a pcb scanned image:
Scan your pcb on a flatbed scanner
Measure accurately distance between 2 reference points in X and Y
Teach the centroids like on Gerber files
Create a complete placement program without using the machine or a digitizer
Europlacer package data import:
Circuitcam Express interfaces with the Europlacer package library. As a result, the package overlays will be shown in the Aegis software, the software can automatically check the package orientations.
