The super pure and even ultra pure nitrogen quality distinguishes these InterSelect nitrogen generators in the PSA range.

The nitrogen generators produce nitrogen from compressed air available on-site or supplied by specific dedicated air compressor. The air is first cleaned by preliminary filtration which eliminates impurities such as humidity, oil vapours, particles and hydrocarbon. The filtrated compressed air flow is then subsequently fed into the CMS filter being kept in filter mode. During its passage though the filter, oxygen- and carbon dioxide molecules are eliminated from the air and the pressure dew point is lowered. As a result is created a clean, dry flow of high purity nitrogen gas which is appropriate to be used in various application areas.

Options: alert function, analyser units, operation-hour counter, booster for pressure up to 300 bar, touch-screen, SMS-short-message-system, flow meter, special voltage design.

All our PN-plants will be delivered with Touch panel and USB-port.

By comparison to conventional gas steel cylinders, bundles or tank installations the user holds following benefits:
