The replaceable screw rail system employed on
the NJR Quicher made it possible to handle the
various types of screws.
An inconvenience caused by the limited
compatibility of the conventional screw feeder is now solved. |

The NJR Quicher can feed smoothly the specific
screws with the short length, flat head, and the
screw assembled with spring or plain washer. |
|
It can feed the screws of the nominal length up to 18mm. |
There will be no shortfall of the screws any more.

A unique horizontal screw carrying system by the motor vibration reduced the screw clogging. It also improved the durability and the screw carrying speed. |

types of the replaceable screw rails.

With a screw hopper installed with NJR, Quicher can
continue the unmanned operation for a many hours.

A hopper can hold up to 400cc screws and 800cc with
an additional hopper.
There are a top-type and a side-type. |
The NJR is equipped with a sensor detecting the existence
of the screws at the screw outlet.
