Heating System

• Thermal air flow circulation from 4 sides
preheat PCB quickly.
• High setting value of Æ T between heating
zones prevents interference between
different zones.
• Long preheating zones provide optimal heat
to PCB. You can set lower temperature to
reduce power consumption.
• Modular heaters can be removed for easy
maintenance.

Conveyor System

    • Special aluminum alloy with superficial
    oxygenation ensures high strength and less
    distortion.
    • Width adjustment with precision screws provides
    stable conveyor and automatic adjustment.
    • Central oil reservoir system lubricates the chain
    automatically through computer control,
    reducing maintenance time.

Nitrogen System

    • N2 system restrains oxidation and improves
    soldering performance.
    • N2 can be recirculated back into process to
    reduce N2 cost
    • Chamber rectifier can keep N2 inside and save

Flux Collecting System

   • It can reclaim 90% of flux with high efficiency.
    • Simple design allows for convenient

    • Flux can be solidified and kept using a
    filter as the gas exits.
